So Ji Hoo and Jun Pyo make-up. No kissing involved. And Ji Hoo gave Jun Pyo the toy Jan Di had brought for his birthday. It's a plush cat. With a perm. I suspect Jun Pyo will keep it on his bed and fall as asleep at night holding to  it his face and pretending it's Jan Di. WATCH IT HAPPEN.

Is Shinwa University pressed right up against the high school? Because Jan Di just seems to be constantly running into F4. Very convenient I should add.

Moving on. So the fiancee takes Ga Eul and Jan Di shopping. Well, the fiancee goes shopping. The girls are just....there, glancing with wide eyes at all the pretty things they can't afford. See, this is why I will never have friends that are a lot richer than I am. They'd be asking, "what looks better on me, the Chanel blouse or the Prada dress?"And on the inside I'd be thinking, I wonder how can I get her to buy the one that looks like a rice sack?

Even though at the end she gives them both gifts, I still don't like it. I know Jun Pyo bought Jan Di a ton of things, but somehow that felt different. this feels too much like she's trying to buy Jan Di and Gaul's friendship. Of course, it this were the real world and my rich friend had just presented me with a gift I'd probably be all, Sirrah, you have affronted my honor--OOOOH is that FENDI?

So yeah.

Blah blah blah. Fiancee spends the night at Jan Di's house.

AND THEN. Jun Pyo waits for Jan Di in school and she just turns her back on him. HAH! But he follows her asking why she quit swimming. And she's all, none of your business. And she asks him if he only came to ask that. And she says it in this REALLY dismissive tone that I loved. Like, are you done now? I'm too busy for your bullshit. HA!

And he gives her this really shitty excuse saying that that is just his personality and that he needs to uncover what needs to be uncovered. AND JAN DI DOESN'T BUY INTO HIS BULLSHIT EXCUSE ANYMORE THAN I DO.

But then a piece of dialogue so GREAT.

He tells her that the engagement didn't concern him. And Jan Di just goes, It didn't t concern me either.

But that's not the good part. She tells him in this fake-surprised voice that he's gotten really friendly, especially since he's explaining that sort of thing to a person whose face and memory he wanted to erase.

....BURN!

And she just GLOWERS at him as she says this. I SCARED MY DOG BY YELLING SO LOUD. Oh god, her ginormous balls must hurt from being slapped so hard against Jun Pyo's face. I LOVE IT.

And then the fiance shows up and Jun Pyo and Jan Di basically runaway.

And when she catches them, Jan Di is about to get on Ji hoo's bike. The fiancee gets introduced to Ji Hoo and you just see this light-bulb come on over her head. She totally thinks Ji Hoo is the guy Jan Di likes. And when she voices this it gets so fucking awkward. I LOL-ed for a good minute. I could almost see the daggers coming out of Jun Pyo's eyes. AND THEN SHE ASKS FOR A DOUBLE DATE. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

OH YES PLEASE! That would have been too good to be true. But of couse, Jun Pyo shoots it down. DAMMIT.

And then Ji Hoo finds out the old man is his grandpa. Blah Blah Blah.

OH! And Yi Jun and Woo Bin thought they could have seduced the fiancee away from Jun Pyo or something. I honestly didn't get the masterplan. All I know is that Yi Jun shoved his greasy player act on the fiancee by taking her to this place where they had bowls. Oh yeah, nothing more romantic that a bowl museum. FUN. Jesus, did HE plan Jun Pyo's birthday party? It would have made sense.

And the fiancee plans on using the very expensive bowl  Yi Jun gave her (a fucking bowl? really?)  as a watering dish for her pet lion. HA! Yi Jung looks like he's going to pass out in a whirl of perfectly coiffed hair when he finds out! He's such a snobby brat, bless him.

Woo Bin's plan, I think, was to save the fiancee from mob goons--that he'd hired. But his plans got foiled by the fiancee's gang of bodyguards.

There's also this ridiculous scene where the fiancee tries to get the boys to eat chicken feet (I think) and Yi Jung, pansy that he is, looks like he's going to hurl. That little snob. It's a wonder he doesn't hold his glass of water with his pinky finger sticking up.

But all this culminates into Yi Jung and Woo Bin teaming up with Ga Eul in order to get Jan Di and Jun Pyo back together.

So Ga Eul pretends that she's going on a date with Yi Jung, because she knows Jan Di will freak out and follow her. I don't know how they knew that Jan Di would ask Jun Pyo to go with her, but who cares about logic?

Also, there's this scene where, to get Jan Di more nervous, Woo Bin tells her that Yi Jung's nickname is, get this, Five Second Kill.

Five second kill? What? WHAT? I swear, until Woo Bin explained what it actually meant, I kept yelling in my head, THAT'S NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BRAG ABOUT.

By the way, I loved Woo bin in this episode. He was so cute about getting Jan Di to walk in on a naked Jun Pyo. When she came back red-faced he was all, Well, I never said he was fully clothed now, did I?

So Jan Di and Jun Pyo go spy on the date. Thank god these two lunkheads don't want to grow up to be CIA or whatever the Korean equivalent is. Espionage is not their forte. Jan Di actually presses herself against a wall in broad daylight and expects to remain unseen. I half expected to hear Pink Panther music playing in the background.

And yeah, she's totally unrecognizable with those glasses. Why couldn't she get one of those that comes with a built-in mustache and giant nose?

But this retarded scheme leads up to a few great scenes.

They get to this ice rink and Jan Di hides against Jun Pyo's chest because she thinks she's about to be seen. OHHH MAN. MY HEART. And Jun Pyo's arms just come around her and he looks like he just wants to squish her against him and never let go. OH MY WOOBIE. Do it! You can run away to the jungle and never have to bother with your mom again.

There's also this scene where Jun Pyo covers her with his coat again and it's a total flashback to the episode where he gave her the necklace. I swear I love these two. They are so very obviously still in love.

And then Yi Jung and Ga Eul disappear off to a hotel and Jan Di and Jun Pyo follow them.

They have this incredibly intense moment where they talk about the engagement. She congratulates him on it and Jun Pyo's looks so mad for a second. It makes you wonder if he's afraid that she's just accepted their break up and moved on. He asks her if she'd be happy if he got married and just stares at her. Jan Di looks like she wants to cry, and I want to simultaneously punch them both and mash their heads in together so they can make out.

So Jan Di goes outside and evil mom appears. Well, obviously. they checked into a hotel, probably paying with a credit card. They're going to get found out.

Also, that woman's source of transportation is incredibly fast. One moment, she finds out Jun Pyo is in a hotel. In the next scene? SHE'S ALREADY THERE. Did she borrow the X-Jet from Professor Xavier or something? My god.

Mom rants for a while about what a slut Jan Di is and there is this AWESOME awkward silence when Jun Pyo comes out of the hotel room. You know it looks as if they were just about to get it on or had already gone on about their business. (Someone write me fic now.) The mom looks as if she's about to have a heart attack and about now I'm at ultra flail mode. You know even the bodyguards in the background are going, oh shit.

AND JUN PYO TOTALLY BLOCKS HER WHEN SHE TRIES TO SLAP JANDI. AND HE GETS SLAPPED INSTEAD!!!

Also that looked like a really hard slapped. IT WAS EXCELLENT.

So he gets taken away and the next day he ignores Jan DI at school. See about here is where my bout of curly-haired rage started acting up. I know he's not doing it because he really wants to, but it pisses me off that he keeps doing this to Jan Di.

There was also this adorable scene with Ji Hoo at his parents' graves that just completely endeared him to me. He says that the people he likes always go away and my heart just died a little. He's really grown on me.
